Good To Know

Yesterday, I had a refresher course on the fact that there are still good parents and good children in this world. I had come out of Grocery Outlet, put groceries in my van, turned and the calve of my left leg tightened up. I was scared to put much weight on it, so I kind of drug my leg as I walked closer to my van. As I got to my van, a pain went through my leg. I cried out. A young boy came running towards me asking if I needed help. I was at my door by then and told him No, I think I will be okay. But how sweet was that? I saw a man in a pickup truck who watched the whole deal and never offered to help, but this little boy did. I put a Thumb's UP to his Mom. She raised a good Son. There wasn't anything he could have done, but dial 911, but how SWEET that he wanted to help me.

What a sweet boy. A crappy guy who was watching, but a sweet boy.

Restores ones faith in human nature when someone offers to help like that, especially when it is a younger person.
