Is Parsley sauce really the food of the devil !

So, I posted earlier that I had cooked gammon for tea. The Mister likes Parsley sauce on his. My Mom likes it too, I hate the stuff.
It’s just this white/grey liquid with bits of green floating about in it.
It doesn’t really taste of very much ….obviously it should taste of parsley, which I also dislike,
So, just to recap…..I dislike the look of it, I dislike the taste of it, I dislike the texture of it…..
I do not like Parsley sauce ……
Anyone agree ?

Bistro make it , it’s in a green tub. You can get sachets too…..

I don't fancy it to be honest.
We do use fresh Parsley
We grow it

I've only read that name in something you write and have no idea what it is or what it tastes like. You don't have to like something just because your mom or hubby like it, though.

@Traceyjayne They make salt and vinegar chips here but I don't care for them.
I like mashed potatoes with cheese and spices in it.

That’s true …I have never liked it ….we had chips tonight so I just had salt and vinegar…..if we have mashed potatoes I would just add extra butter, or cheese to the mash.

it's my first time to hear up about it being the food of the demon, and when i search it day there are some superstition about it being it. haven't tried it but would want to. I only see it as a garnish most time, sometimes i chew them, and i find that it nice for the breathe lol.
