Gammon and egg bap.

So. Yesturday The Mister bought a pack of 4 big baps. I had gammon left from Saturdays tea and when I got back from shopping earlier I just fancied a tasty snack. I had gammon and fried egg bap, with brown sauce. Oh my days, it certainly hit the spot I can tell you. What have you had to eat today ?

I had to look up what fried egg bap was. I had a ham and cheese hot pocket.

And I don’t know what a hot pocket is …..is it pastry ?

@Traceyjayne Yes, it can be a croissant like bread enclosing ham and cheese, or a thicker bread that encompasses the ham and cheese. A little “pocket”. They also make pepperoni pizza ones and Philly cheesesteak hot pockets. You can put them in an air fryer or microwave.

I've only had my Weet-bix so far, sprinkled with a few dried cranberries.
