Tonight I wanted to make a lemon garlic Shrimp pasta dish. Finally found a decent recipe that didn't include White Wine! Most dishes I take the recipe and then do with it what I think should be different. Well, since I had never even tried this dish, I decided to do it according to the recipe. THAT will never happen again. It was eddible, but COULD have been So Much Better. From now on Recipes are for Desserts not Entrees. This morning I had SIX squirrels trying to eat from 2 feeders. Geez! One finally gave up and left. Feeling better
