Do you go to bed at the same time every night?

I can honestly say that you can never tell when I will go to bed. Some days its early at like 11, and other days its late at like 2am, and then some nights I can't get comfortable and can't sleep because of pain and I don't get to sleep till almost four.
I can't remember the last time that I got a full nights sleep. Like went to sleep and then slept all the way till the alarm went off with not waking up.
We usually try to settle down and get ready for "sleep" between ten and midnight during the school week, but it is real common for me to not take sleep meds/nighttime meds till midnight or one am on the weekend.
What about you? Do you have a schedule that you stick to when it comes to going to bed?

I guess that's what I do too lol. I mean unless I know we have to get up extra early I've just learned to run on not that much sleep lol

No, since i work graveyward. During the day,, i sleep in different times , because in the day. I take care of my kids and fetch then from school

It’s usually around midnight for me on a pretty consistent basis.

@thislittlepennyearns Surprisingly, I haven't been to Disney in over 2 weeks! LOL
I made it to about 2am last night. And was up at 7:30 this morning.

I go to bed around the same time every night although I go to bed earlier if I have to get early in the morning for a doctor's appointment.
