In the eastern state rotational water pumps are used in agro lands

The eastern states are full of agricultural lands. The fish lakes are adjacent to rice plants, potato farms, cauliflower farms. there are rotational water pumps which provide water required for cultivation. During the dry seasons like April May they are very useful. Then rain takes over.
