Today I had ringegourd with poppy seeds paste and rice. Ringe gourd is called jinge in bengali. Poppy seeds are called posto in bengali. The dish is called jhinge posto. Even potatoes can be given. It is eaten with rice.

I will suggest my wife to prepare jhinge posto. Jhinge is available in plenty in our local markets.
