I have mentioned going to this gas station a few times throughout the years. But it is so much more than a gas station. It is a general store/an emergency grocery stop/tool store/feed shop and so much more.
It's offical name is Fuller's Grocery and it has been around for decades. The woman who owns/runs it now is the daughter or granddaughter of the people who started it, and that in of itself makes me incredibly happy. Nothing says small town like a place that has been open for YEARS and years.
It is the only place that I know of that still lets you keep a tab and pay it at the end of the month. The familly that owns it is the sweetest family in the whole world. They have farm animals so they have been super helpful with the chickens. It is also the only place I know of where I can get fresh chicken eggs and see the chickens that layed them, lighter fluid and plumbing parts.
Do you have a place like this in your town? Or is this a southern gem that only exists here?

It’s rare to find places that have lasted that long anymore.

Wow they have a good heart.
gasoline station with grocery is normal in our country but a "pay later" is not. Lol!
