Bangers and Mash for tea .....

I wanted a simple, quick and easy tea for tonight.
So I chose bangers and mash ....we had peas and gravy too.
We don't eat a lot of sausages and this pack was on special offer and there will be enough sausages for two meals, so half the pack will be going in the freezer ....
What are you having to eat today ?

*sigh* I'm supposed to avoid sausage and potatoes for a while
... I'll be making smoked turkey with pasta and bacon for late lunch today. (Pretty asked for it so I'm making it.)
I just bought several packages of sausages with cheese in them a few days ago so those are in the deep freezer for now.

Do you know what meat you are having on your roast dinner ?
The first time I heard of the meal, bangers and mash I was in my late teens and watching a sitcom called “Home Improvement”. It sounded so odd.@Traceyjayne (8904)

It is yummy though . We had gravy with it tonight....sometimes I do onion gravy , that's yummy.
