It's more fun!

Mylot is really more fun when there are more active members.
I see member friends coming back from a very long break. Oh how I've missed interacting with them.
It's just nice when people are engaging in their own discussions and just having a good laugh with lighter posts and not so serious matters.
I'm ok with discussing serious matters as I know to some, if not most of us, mylot is a diary.
I wish more old members would come back from their long break. Don't you?

You are right. Mylot is the place people from across the world interact on light matters. It's really a fun. You can say it's stress buster.

Yes. Especially in the old mylot platform where everybody interacts. It was like chatting and we would have a good laugh.

@toniganzon I have been here since 2011-2012. Those were the times when users were very active. The payout was ten dollars. We were paid much more than what we do now.

@Shivram59 Because more were active. The most I got in one day was $2 I think. There was I time I earned $17 in one payout.

I think MyLot is much nicer than other social media, and of course it doesn't hurt that we can make a little money, here. Facebook can be entertaining but also really awful, too.

We always tell people when we invite them that mylot is not a social media. Even before the social media came into the picture, mylot has already been existing as a discussion site. The old rule back then doesn't allow you to post unless you engage first and you qualify with stars that members rate you according to your engagement.

@toniganzon that's interesting! The reason I called it social media is that the pay is for interaction and not page views like content sites.
