Working Out is a Great Way to Start the Week

I really enjoy my morning workouts at the gym.
Hubby and I go together but once we get there we do separate things although sometimes at the end we'll do 15 minutes on the treadmill together side by side.
I got in a lot of cardio today including some new stuff (elliptical). I feel good.
I measure my weight on the scale and also check my blood sugar on Monday mornings and they were both good today.
So I'm having a good day and a good start to my week.

I can walk!?
Can you get a downhill run on a treadmill - an incline isn't for everyone lol like me
