I hadn't planned on getting on this late, but today got away from me. I spent the morning sleeping or helping get a few more cents in my checking account. I had some money elsewere, but George won't get paid until friday. We now have enogh milk until then. George bled again last night, but he seems alright today and has eaten twice. I used all the money on my OTC card, but we can be frugel for the rest of the month.

The last couple weeks of a month are always harder than the first couple of months.

@Ineeddentures He seems to be feeling a lot better today. I've gotten him to drink milk in the norning and before bed, and I bring water for him, just in case.

I don't think that's the case. At first I was concerned, but I was looking for signs of blood loss he doesn't seem to have any and he also seems to be feeling more like himself today (after he finally woke up) that is.

It should've closed months ago, but between George's poor diet, his blood thinning medicine, and probably a few other factors, it hasn't. We've gone to the Gi twice already about it, and the last time we were there, we were told he'd need a more invasive surgury to seal it, but he's scared and doesn't want to.

@kaylachan then I think George should get it sewn up to protect against possible infection, which would be worse but of course, up to him.

Yes, but as long as he's alert and can make a decision, by law, I have to comply. He's an adult, and I can't drag him kicking and screaming. As much as I'd want to.
