A very interesting news has come close to a place where I stay in Mumbai. There is a freshwater lake called the Powai lake, which is home to tens of crocodiles. Yesterday, one of the crocodiles ventured out of the lake and entered the nearby institute of technology hostel and then came out of the hostel and was seen by many people, who alerted the forest department.. The forest department officers immediately came and captured the crocodile and took him to the hospital for treatment. At the moment the crocodile which was not well is under treatment, and after he recovers, he will be returned to the natural habitat the lake. This is a very interesting story from the point of view that the crocodiles are being well looked after in this lake. This is part of India's heritage and wildlife must be preserved. I'm so glad that nobody tried to kill the crocodile and contacted only the forest department for help..

If the crocodile wasn't well, then he was looking for easy prey. I'm glad nobody got hurt and the crocodile is in the local animal hospital now.

I’m glad to hear it was taken care of, and not just removed. I hate to hear about anything suffering.

As long as nobody was harm. Either crocodile or the people nearby. It's a good news. Good thing the people around knows to handle this kind of situation without harming or killing the crocodile.
