Here's the update about the accident I have posted yesterday. The result of the investigation confirmed that two vehicles were involved, a cargo truck owned by our company and a subcompact SUV. Imagine an SUV made the cargo truck overturned? That has been a hot topic posted online by some vlogger in the area. According to the investigation, the SUV driver admitted he's at fault. He was unaware of the intersection and is driving at a high speed. By the time he noticed the cargo truck, it was already too late to avoid collision. The SUV struck the cargo truck near its dual rear wheels. In response, the truck driver made a sudden maneuver to avoid causing further harm particularly to nearby residences. However, because the truck was fully loaded with heavy goods the sudden braking and shift of weight combined with the impact of SUV caused the vehicle to lose balance and overturn across the intersection. In unexpected collision like this, people will question how can a small vehicle could contribute to such a serious outcome? Some even wonder how everyone survive? especially seeing a big truck overturned and the front of a small car front crumpled so severely. I myself wonder and question but at the same time, Thankful that everyone is alive.
