Hello everyone, how are you all doing?
I meant to post this sometime over the weekend, but I have been sick.
Anyways, the parent teacher conferences went okay. Was glad we went at night because there were not many people there. Didn't really have to wait to see any of the teachers.
His english and science teacher both said he could work on missing stuff over the weekend and they would grade what he got turned in. So he did get the science thing finished and worked on his missing book report. Waiting to see how much that helps his grades.
Grades at PTC:
English - 63% ( I think...can't remember since it has gone down to a 61% now)
Math - 91%
PE - 100%
Science - 74%
Home Ec - 95% (Final grade as they are done with their 3rd explore class)
Social Studies - he had a 90 or 91% - I forget because he is down to an 88% now
Advisory - 75%
The only thing they get graded on in advisory is if they turn in their weekly grade checks that a parent signs. I sign it every week, he just has only turned it in 75% of the time.
Photo is mine.

They can, yes....I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't between D and F.
I caught a cold somewhere, guessing it is just a cold. Sneezing, coughing, fever. Still not better, but today I am actually awake.

@Ineeddentures I sure hope I am still not sick by then. I think it is better some...mostly just dealing with a cough now

@just4him But I am concerned about the English, he does have 10 weeks to bring it up, but I worry he'll slack off and go back to an F.

I know there are some things he just won't do for some reason. He always says that she won't let him make up work...but maybe that is true and it was just a special occasion that she said he could do those missing assignments over the weekend. Just hoping he can at least pass English, even if it is a D.

Well, currently he is either the same, or not improved...but really only concerned about English...as always.
Oh, like morning sickness? I would not really want that lol, but if it meant I would get a positive test soon I guess it'd be worth it.

I'm sorry you're sick. I hope you're feeling better. It's going to be a constant thing with Eli to have to keep an eye on what he's doing. He's obviously smart seeing the grades from Social Studies and Math. Cute picture.
