What's for din? March 18th, 2026

Hey! Let's get back into the groove of things by doing a dinner post. I was supposed to make this last night, and didn't because there were leftovers. So anyway I made taco bake tonight and a side of mexican rice. Taco bake is something I have made countless times in the time that Chris and I have been together, its crescent roll dough, refried beans, taco meat, shredded cheese. Nothing exciting. I think @porwest has made it with some changes. The mexican rice was what we refer to as cheater rice. Its a Knorr Side. So that was dinner here tonight. What are you eating?

Knorr makes great sides. I had catfish sliders my friend dropped by with. They were delicious.

I think it is pork for us tonight. We eat quite a lot of pork. It's one of the cheaper meats.

Your meal sounds really good. We are having hamburgers and French fries for dinner and a big red apple afterwards.
