Do you check other members’ topics first?

I have a habit of checking other members’ posts before I post my own topic. I do this to make sure that I don’t forget, especially when I get busy suddenly. Also, I often don’t know what to post about, especially when nothing exciting has happened or I’ve forgotten what I wanted to write about. Haha. Do you check other members’ topics before posting your own?

I visit other user's post and my own when I have an idea of when something exciting happens in my town.

@freelancermariagrace Thank you. I always share such events whenever they happen. Today is Sunday. I'm at home with my parents and wife. Happy Sunday to you, too

I usually know what I want to post about. Lately I've been posting in (my) afternoons. I seem to get more comments if I do that.

That’s great! Sometimes I forget things, so I jot them down on notes, especially when I’m not busy.

@freelancermariagrace I try to jot down any ideas that come to me. Otherwise, I forget them.

I almost always check other people’s posts first. I don’t really know why, I just do. But really, the first thing I do is check my notifications, and answer them. Like I said though, the last thing is my own discussion(s).

Yes, I usually check my notifications first and try to respond to each one before checking other members’ posts. It’s just a habit I’ve picked up over time. Hehe

Of course. This shall let me decide whether I can post my response to it

my posts are usually spontaneous. I don't plan because sometimes no topic comes to mind

Yes, there are times when we can’t think of any topic to post. Sometimes, when I can’t think of any, the topics I post become redundant or repetitive. Hehe.

I try to finish all my notifications first, then post, then check other discussions.

I also tend to check my notifications first. Afterward, I check out other discussions and post my own. Have a great weekend!

I'm not someone who'd post several discussions a day. There are even days when I don't but I'd just go over people's discussions. It's a habit of mine after a long hiatus to post my own discussion first before going over theirs. But only when I'm gone for a year or two or more. But when I'm consistently here, it's a habit to go over my friends' discussions first because there's a tab for that, then the most recent discussions. Then I go over my notification after I'm done leaving responses to theirs.

I believe that’s also my habit. Whenever I’ve been away for a long time, I usually post a topic before checking out other members’ posts.
