So, everything is as it should be and there were some specific tests done so Hallejuah. I do have to get a couple of things done Monday, but not a big deal. Anyway, I feel happier now, a good doctor report is always appreciated. When was the last time you had bloodwork?? I hope the results were good.

Just now
@wolfgirl569 Please be careful, you don't want it to cross over into diabetes.

I’m so glad the results were positive! The last time I had blood work done was when I recently went to the ER and it turned out my magnesium was low again (I’ve not missed a day of taking magnesium since). I do go to see my primary care Monday and she’ll be doing bloodwork then.

I wonder if there are any foods that have magnesium that could help boost it? I think milk has some in.

@snowy22315 Yes, milk does, and I have been drinking more of it since my doctor wanted me to get more protein. So that’s good.

@snowy22315 Thanks.
For all of the various testing that I've had over the course of my life, these quarterly blood tests are easy peasey. You would be able to relate having been ill as a child yourself.

Nothing like a great bloodwork result. Especially as we get older and worry more about staying healthy. My next bloodwork will be this June. Fingers crossed it will be ok!
