I experienced this when I was in secondary school.
When I was given a post to be the sanitary perfect. I was called to make a speech of my position. I wasn't even prepared for it. I didn't know I was told be a sanitary perfect unexpectedly. I came out very shy, I can't utter any word, I was very shy and dumbfounded I could not bear the shame, I was so embarrassed.
Have you ever experience this.

I was always shy and hated doing anything in front of the class. Even at my various jobs, I forced myself to talk to customers but always retreated to the break room so I could have some quiet time before dealing with customers again. I don't know how I made it so many years talking with people every day.
Now, I rarely talk to anyone except my daughter and am happy with that.

@augusta123 Yeah, sometimes I can't force myself to do that, even on myLot. *shrug*

I was terribly shy all throughout school. Having to even talk to the librarian was torture. I felt sick every time I had to get in front of people. My dad’s side of the family is large, and when we’d go see them I’d hide in the corner with a book. I was that shy.

@augusta123 I still don’t like being in large crowds, but I’m past feeling great anxiety when I have to go unfamiliar places.
