Do you think Is online dating a scam?
As for me I think so but not sure because I have never date someone online.
But I heard about lot of stories about people getting scammed online in the name of dating.
A lot of people put up a facade, and it hard to know who's real. While some guys pretend to love the women so that they can get their money. Even some women do the same thing, they fool the guys and collect their money and block them.
But i have also heard about some success stories where people find true love,they make connections and also build relationships.
I think this online stuff of dating turns out well for some people and goes wrong for some people.
What about you have you date someone online?

I think it depends on what's going on and how you go about it. Some things are good and some are bad. A lot of so-called free sites are people looking for casual hook ups, or one night stands. but there are sites that frown on that kind of things, so it depends on how creditable it is.

Yeah, you just have to be extra careful with things that seems to good to be true.

Yeah not all are scams.
So people might be lucky
While others might not.

I met my boyfriend online. It wasn't a dating app. It was an online message board back in 1994. We became a couple in 1997 and we met in person. He lives in another state than me, but we do make it work.

This thing of online dating works out for some people, but not everyone.

Well I think it offers hope for lonely people
But I think there are an awful lot of lonely men and lonely women who spend a lot of money looking for love online
I know that there are scams involved.
And some of the people are not real, fake profiles and even people pretending to be opposite gender
I wouldn't do online dating.
I wouldn't want to be spending money looking for love
