I don’t eat fruits frequently because they’re quite costly, and I sometimes forget to buy them since I don’t consume them as much anymore. However, during my last grocery run, I decided to buy papaya. It has several health benefits, including reducing inflammation and boosting immunity. To be honest, I wasn’t a big fan of its taste before, but I’ve come to love it as I’ve gotten older. Hehe. Do you have a favorite fruit that you love eating after meals?

I haven’t had one for a long time because it’s not a common fruit here. Hehe

Mine will be either ripe mangoes, or banana. They're cheap when in season. I like pineapples and melons too. I am not fan of papaya either, but I heard it is good for digestion. Btw, have you tried papaya milk drink? Even if I never liked papaya, I enjoyed the milk drink. What you'd do is put some ripe papaya in the blender and just add milk and some water into it if you like and then add some sugar, or honey or any sweetener of your choice, then chill it before you drink. That tastes a lot better.

Ripe mangoes are delicious, but I don’t eat them often, just like bananas. My preferred fruits are pears, papaya, apples, oranges, and grapes. I also enjoy mangosteen and pomelo, but they’re quite expensive. I haven’t tried papaya milk before, and I might give it a try sometime. Thanks for the suggestion. :)

Yes, I think it’s not widely available. It’s quite challenging to find one. I’m also a big fan of pears!

Yes, I do. Before eating it, I remove the seeds. I once accidentally ate the seeds, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Lol

Though I'd say it isn't my favorite fruit but bananas are what we mostly eat. It's affordable, nutritious and it's everywhere.
