High respect and honor to all the caregivers and nurses around the world!! Now, I understand your work; how you pour all your love, patience, care and everything for every patient under your care. You are heroes!! I am saying all these because I witness myself how someone is taking care of our grandma. She has been bedridden for a month now due to old age and pneumonia. I was the one in-charged of her medicine and food and her caregiver take care everything else.; from cleaning her bed sores, changing diapers, and all. I cannot do all what she is doing and I salute her that. I did not took up nurse or any medical field because I am weakling, I collapse or get dizzy easily when I see blood. To all the caregivers, nurses and everyone in the field, kudos to you all and thank you for what you do.

Caregivers do a marvellous job but in Australia they are grossly underpaid. It's like their work isn't really appreciated.

That's true, I believe they have the most noble job in the world but oftentimes they are taken for granted when it comes to their pay.
