The month of March and the MNCs in India play dirty tricks on their employees to deprive them of pay hike.

The month of March is the financial year ending month in most of the companies in India. The higher ups sitting in the West of MNCs instruct their counterparts in India to cheat their employees of their right of a yearly pay hike. The bosses in India therefore start over burdening the employees with 24hours availability so that the employees commit some mistakes or just go about fault finding to give them bad ratings and deprive the employees of their legal rights of a pay hike. This is inhuman too, as every year in India there's a price rise of most essential commodities. So much so house rents increase but not the payment accordingly. The government of India should take legal steps against such corruption.
