The party was great ...she was isolating herself / myLot

I woke up today to some online gigs which I needed to quickly get out of the way. I was done at around 9.30am. i headed up to my workplace right after that Yesterday was my step dad's birthday. It was fun. A young girl that my younger sister took in and is caring care for was just isolating herself. I told the young girl to see us as family and interact. The truth is.. the girl is just like me. I don't like to mingle..so, I couldn't attack her much because I see myself in her

She doesn't have to be a social butterfly, but I do hope she makes a couple of really close relationships. We all need somebody.

It was kind of you to make an effort to reach out to her. Just hearing that will mean a lot to her even if she still struggles to fit in. I was terribly shy as a younger person, but kind words such as yours still meant a lot.
