Late night walks.

I am trying to get us in the habit of walking more. Every time we go out to smoke or really do anything outside, I try to make us to a couple laps around the yard. Sometimes we go around the outside perimiter which goes through the woods a little bit. It’s helped get us moving more. Even though I spend a lot of the day on my feet and moving, I still want to get more steps in. It’s the easiest exercise. Even if it doesn’t seem like much. Anyway when we went out to smoke a little while ago, I made us to a couple laps and took this picture. Do you do daily walks?

I walk my dog, and that is it. In the winter her walks are pretty long (if my back cooperates), but if there is much humidity it will be significantly shorter.

@thislittlepennyearns I feel good all the way until my back starts killing me. If my back weren’t like this I’d be outside a lot more as long as I wasn’t sweating up a storm.

@AmbiePam we need vr tacks and treadmills where we could walk wherever wa wanted to but stay inside in the ac. lol

I do walk when I go out for a smoke I walk to my man cave And then walk back again I walk around shops nearly every day

That's a cute photo. I get extra steps indoors by putting away clean clothes one at time, walking from the kitchen/laundry area to the bedroom at the other end of the house.

Yeah, I like going out to walk in the evening when everywhere is calm and quiet.
