Soft heart with strong boundaries....

There was a time when I believed that having a soft heart meant saying yes more often than I should. It meant stretching myself to keep others comfortable, even when it left me feeling drained, unseen, or quietly hurt. I thought kindness required sacrifice But somewhere along the way, I learned something important: softness and strength are not opposites. They are meant to coexist. Learning to have strong boundaries doesn’t mean you stop caring. It means you start caring about yourself too

It is good to have boundaries with family members and good friends.

they don't tell us this enough, we have to find it in a hard way.

Hugs! I feel you. We need more of that strong boundaries so we don't end up with stress and burnout. We can be kind but can't be nice all the time.
