The Last Meat in the Fridge

At the end, I decided not to come with my family to our staycation place near by the beach.
I just stay at home, sleep half a day, wake up by 2 pm. Declutter my wardrobe. Then, open the fridge look for something to cook.
I've seen pork meat and decided to cook pork menudo and used ingredients whatever is available in the kitchen. 
No tomato sauce and bay leaves available 
No big deal.
Prepare this for dinner because I know when my fam return home, I'm sure all of them are hungry and too tired to cook dinner.
It's 7:45+ pm and they are still not at home.
Got sometime to stay here on mylot to catch up a bit. Also, sometimes I can't proceed to post my comment don't know why? every now and then, I experience that.

I had trouble posting comments last night but assumed it was just me having trouble. I don't know why that is happening. At least your photo posted this morning. I saw somebody else was having trouble with a photo on myLot this morning.
Pork Menudo is what we would call Pork Stew with a tomato paste base. I've never tried that but it sounds delicious. I hope you and your family enjoy it.

I usually had a hard time posting a photo. When I attached it first then write my discussion.
Then, when I try attaching the photo when I'm ready to post my discussion. It works!
I can no longer encounter an error.
As to comment I'm not really sure what the cause of it. Maybe typing fast? or interacted mostly with the same people? I don't know maybe just a simple error that occur due to poor internet connection. shrug
They did enjoy it because they had no other choice. kidding 
They are thankful that I took the initiative to prepare dinner for them.

I would enjoy having dinner ready when I got home but Pretty never did that. Your family was lucky you thought of them and made dinner.
