It's Monday, indeed!
Received an email from the head office that all transactions from the month of March have been posted. March is finally closed and the on hold transaction from April 1 can now be transacted.
I have a bulk of paperworks, such a nice welcome after the break. Lol!
No worries, everything has been calculated and finished it on time.
During breaktime got some time reading the 16 page of terms and conditions of the investment I signed with. I haven't read it thoroughly at the time I signed but I already had an idea about the risk of it.
While reading, a certain word caught my attention "force majeure" under the liability clause. That's new to me though when I was a student, I learned about the concept of "fortuitous event" within the context of contracts and obligation.
I was wondering if my professor have talked about force majeure and I just missed to listened because it was the time I took a nap secretly.
Based on my research for to day. Lol!
Both force majeure and fortuitous event have shared principle that acknowledges certain events are extraordinary and uncontrollable that it would be unfair to hold someone liable for failing to meet obligations. But it has a key difference as well like force majeure is defined by agreement while fortuitous event is recognized by law.
PS. I can't continue, it made me dizzy already. Hahaha just how I used to be when I was a student.
The photo attached showed how I passed in my investment assessment. My profile risks is moderately aggressive just like how I am when I'm on adventure.

Whoa! I would have trouble with riding a bike on a wire!
I'm sure I'd fall off!

@Jehanne
I taught myself how to ride a bike when I was little. I took one of my brother's bikes and coasted it down a hill until I could balance it while pedaling.
