Today I had bittergourd curry bottlegourd curry and rice

Today I had bittergourd curry and bottlegourd curry with rice. Bittergourd is called karela in bengali and bottlegourd is called lau in bengali. Bittergourd is good for the liver and the curry has potatoes also. Both the vegetables have food value.

I’ve heard of both types of gourds, but never tried them. I do like healthy foods and curry.
