I am not a native English speaker..so , I don't know how to write the title. This morning, I discovered that the unit on my water meter is depleting so fast.
Normally, , if I load 5000 naira worth of unit on the card, it can last for a month. Its barely two weeks and the unit is about to finish. .. their is no pipe leak..no high consumption..none of that. Maybe I will need to talk to their customer care representative because I'm confused

The first thing you do is shut off the water at every place it could be running in your house and check the meter again. If the meter is still showing you're using large amounts of water, you either have a hidden leak, a neighbor is "borrowing" water from you or your meter is going bad.
After making sure you aren't using the water, I'd walk around the house watching for damp spots that would tell you there is an underground or hidden leak. If you can't find the leak, you may have to call a plumber to hunt for it for you. The last thing I'd do is call Customer Care and talk to them about it.
Good luck!

We have never had any problem with a water meter issue but once, it seemed like we were using an excessive amount of electricity. Husband called the electric company and asked them to come replace and check the electric meter. They did just that. Then a few days later they told us that the meter was indeed running high and that they owed us money but instead of giving us money they were just going to do the refund by subtracting the coming electric bill.
I was expecting $30 to $40 since they told us it wasn't much. Nothing much? We didn't have to pay a electric bill for 9 months. And a normal electric bill was between $125-$175 a month.
