Feeling Lazy

Today I woke up to a very cloudy day. I had to leave for a long morning walk as usual
My mother asked me not to go for walk as there was the possibility of a heavy downpour. The sky was covered with dark, black clouds and the wind was blowing fast.
Had I left for the walk with an umbrella, the umbrella would turn upside down.
I agreed and decided to remain at home.
But both my mother and myself were wrong Within an hour the clouds dispersed and the wind stopped.
I did yoga and some push ups and sit ups, but this didn't make up for a long walk

Thank you. Walking has been a part of my routine Today I had to skip it. Yoga or any other indoor exercise can't make up for walking. I'm now going to bed. Still feeling Lazy. Hope you understand.

Thank you If you keep doing yoga, your muscles will become flexible. Doing yoga was not easy for me either when I began doing it, but gradually my muscles became flexible.

Thank you. Yes, I couldn't go for walk yesterday, but today I went..Morning was cloudy, but clouds dispersed, and I resumed my walk

Never mind ...you can catch up.on your walking another day ....there was a chance if rain and you would have got wet ..

Thank you. I resumed it from today morning. And I'll continue with it.You are right I would have got wet. Today also morning was cloudy, but soon clouds dispersed.

Thank you I have been going for five kms long walk every morning. My destination is a jungle five kms from our place I mean five kms and then as many kms down. Walking has been my choicest activity.

Thank you I have been going out very early in the morning for years. Today I couldn't go. That's why I'm feeling so lazy, despite doing yoga and other exercises.

Thank you. It has been my routine to walk 10 kms everyday early in the morning. Today I could not go for walk. It's night now. I'm feeling Lazy and lethargic.
