I only sleep with my socks on when the weather is very cold outside as well as inside to avoid getting a head cold.

@augusta123 No since the only reason I sleep with my socks on is because cold feet lead to headcolds.

warm feet would wake me up so my answer is no. i like my bare feet
maybe if it was -20C.degrees abut i would take my light wool socks, that my late grandma made it for me.

I don't sleep with anything. Our house is well sonlated, and I run hot as it is. George likes sleeping in just a shirt, and because he can sleep deeply, he wears special undies and we put a pad on in case he doesn't wake himself up.
