Fish and Chips

Tonight I have cooked Fish and Chips
It's just me and Yvonne again so cooking was a bit easier.
Using a different potato tonight and the Chips whilst still ok, are not as good as when I use Maris Piper potatoes
I also reduced portion size to more normal size helpings
Fish and Chips anyone

It has been a long time since I have had any fish and chips. Way back in time when I lived in NYC our neighborhoos had a fish shop that made the very best fish and chips or shrimp and chips and then my mom and I had had some often,

Never had Shrimp and Chips before.
But I have had Scampi and Chips

I give up posting food on here
The only time I did it and it looked decent was in a Michelin Star restaurant, oh and other time in a really nice Indian place

I forgot the mushy peas.
I tried to make it look a bit better and forgot the colour ingredient , the peas

That's a dish I always liked. Until I became allergic to nearly all fish and seafood.
