Will I shed an albatross today? / myLot

I am hoping my Nissan Xterra will get picked up today. It's the older SUV I have been trying to sell for years. We'll see if the towing company actually shows up. gives me my check, and leaves. I sent them an email with the best times for me. The email was returned. I left them a phone message. I have not heard back. A typical day for The Horse in the post-post-modern world. Wish me luck.

Often it seems like we are always waiting on someone to do their job, doesn't it? A repair person, an appointment that gets delayed, mail that never arrives...it goes on and on. I hope you hear from them soon.
