Yesterday was the hottest day in April in England for 80 years / myLot

And boy was it hot. Not a lover of hot weather... long story why. So pleased I found some shade to sit and read my book in the garden. Hope everyone is doing ok.

I wonder how hot is the hottest in England. Our temperate was 33C yesterday but the heat index was at 39C. And that's not even our hottest.

Last month was the warmest March on record. I think this summer is going to be a stormy scorcher.
