A late brunch for me .... Now for ice cream ....

Good Afternoon everyone ....
I seem to have missed the morning !
I did get up a bit later than usual as I was so warm and cosy in bed.
I did some washing ...got that out on the dryer on the balcony.
I've just had a brunch ..
Really using up foodstuffs that I don't want to be taking home tomorrow .....
So I had .....roasted potatoes in the air fryer
Fried egg and fried bread and a slice of just bread. I have to remember to bring the brown sauce next time we come to the caravan
It was delicious ....
I've just about got room to finish off the chocolate ice cream ..... Oh, it's a hard life !

Turkey is my second favourite, after chicken. Wherever we go out for a carvery I always have turkey.. I know it's popular for Thanksgiving there and it is here at Christmas, but I wish the supermarkets would stock it all year round.

Oh, I wanted to be ready for the weekend so I would jsut heat food, I made a delicious slow cooker full of chicken thighs, crumbled ground Italian sausage, chunks of potatoes, and tomatoes and I have plenty for the weekend,

@JudyEv I clear out the cupboards at the end of the season and put back what has a good date I take home everything that needs to be used ....I make a list of what needs replacing at the beginning of the next season ....but, somehow ...I always manage to lose the list. I bring basics the first week and make another list for the next time we come.

I love ice cream. I will probably have one of the meals that J put together for me...vegan hamburger patties, broccoli and tater tots.
