I usually get off of my chair and walk around the home to stay awake.

@augusta123 For about 15 minutes or 30 minutes to get cramps out of my legs.

@augusta123 I was a university student with tons of things to do. It's quite normal.

Great, but after 36 hours you won't be able to stay awake again right?

I have a bit and you are right, its usually something worth staying up for. Most times it ends badly so do not do it often.

Well, it's fine. Not everyone can, not everyone should, and definitely not everyone should stay that long.

Have you ever forced your body to stay awake?
Yes
One time I took a party pill that kept me awake for four days
It was really weird
By the end of the third day I was crying because ai couldn't sleep lol

As an academic research writer and non-academic writer, it’s a norm for me. Starting from home, as well as my primary, secondary, and tertiary school. SLEEPING WAS & IS MY GREATEST FOE. Spoiler Alert: No Stimulants!

@augusta123, I won't call it "Good." (I think you meant "Good" as in Good Good.)
Eventually, it gets to a point where I do not want to SLEEP anyone or in some cases when I really want to so badly, but I just can't; regardless, it's not healthy. That's why I sometimes FORCE myself to, or TRY to SLEEP. As Valeriann, my friend will say: "The brain depletes so much energy; hence, rest is important for the body."
Moreover, I think it's a combination of both FOCUS and FORCE. The mind FOCUSES on achieving a goal by exerting FORCE on the body.
So . . . What are your thoughts?
