We have just seen a badger

I found some dog treats in the cupboard and I've been putting them out each evening for the wildlife ....The Mister put some out about ten minutes ago and he was watching... suddenly he called me ....there was a badger eating the food ... I have been at this caravan site over 20 years and I have never seen a badger .... Oh he/she was only young, but gorgeous. Shame we are home tomorrow. I will definitely bring food next time .... Do you feed the local wildlife ?

My relatives and myself usually feed the squirrels who are in the neighborhood bread.

@Deepizzaguy we have squirrels at home ...lots of them and feed them every day . I'm at the caravan and only usually see foxes here.

There are no wildlife where I live except for the birds but hey feed on fruits.

@toniganzon I'm so happy and excited to see the badger here ...the first in over 20 years ...I can't believe it. Such a shame we have to go home tomorrow.

That would have been a cool view! I tend to see foxes and rabbits at my complex, but deer and coyotes near my dad’s house.

We don't feed the wildlife on purpose. Sometimes squirrels will eat anything we plant in pots on the front porch. We don't want to call more skunks into our yard and raccoons will open doors to the garage if they're around.
