Sometimes you don’t walk away because you stopped caring, you walk away because you finally see things clearly.
Manipulation isn’t love, dishonesty isn’t a mistake when it keeps repeating, and respect shouldn’t be something you have to beg for.
There comes a point where choosing yourself becomes more important than holding on to someone who keeps hurting you.
Distance isn’t weakness — it’s self-respect.
And some people don’t need closure… they just need to stay gone.
