It seems the soreness from the fall last week has finally subsided. Im so glad to be feeling so much better. I went and got me a cane, as I had told you guys last week. I was debating on a cane of walker and chose the 4 footed cane. I'm not sure that's what it's called but its not the typical straight down cane. I'm glad to have it and will be using it to get around so I don't fall again.

I’m glad you got something that was sturdy, but not totally clunky. Not falling is much more important than looks though.

Better to be safe than sorry. I can't even get my dad who surely needs one to use a walker though. He claims he doesn't. Honestly, he hasn't fallen too often, but that is because he doesn't doi anything.

My husband has had a lot of health issues and could use a walker or cane, but his issues I think he would do better with a walker but he's so bull headed.
