Does hot weather make you eat more?

I try not to agree to this but I keep noticing that as the weather is getting hotter, I am feeling hungrier than ever before. I drink more water too, and I must admit that I will need to start working out soon.

Hot weather doesn't actually make me eat more, unless i just want to eat something, but it usually makes me a lot more thirsty.

Exactly. When you want to drink something, you may want to eat something along with it.

I actually lose my appetite when the weather is too hot. The heat really makes me not feel like eating much. What I do consume more of is water, which is expected, and I also tend to crave cold foods and drinks more during hot days.

@ogbenishyna44 Yeah, really. The heat just does that to me. I just end up drinking more water and craving cold stuff instead.

More than making me hungry, the hot weather makes me crave for milk teas and frappes and anything cold to drink.

I drink more but I don't eat more, I actually eat less. When I do eat as it gets hotter, the food gets lighter.

I eat quite a lot and it doesn't really alter because of the weather I would quite happily eat an Indian curry on a hot summer day I drink more water in the summer

Actually the hotter it is, the less I feel like eating. However, I end up guzzling water to stay cool, and drinking so much water keeps me pretty full.

I generally drink more water instead of soft drink when the weather is hot.
