The Care Package Reveal!

On Sunday I shared that she child's boyfriend had a medical crisis. I would say an emergency, but it wasn't quite an emergency. I mean it was, but it wasn't. Anyway I also mentioned that she child wanted to make a care package. So after school yesterday we went by the Dollar Tree in town so she could get things for his care package. It was funny because she was all excited to do it and then we went there nad she kept saying she didn't know what to get him. We ended up getting him a red Coca Cola bucket thingy, and she got him some gummy candies, a slim jim and his favorite candy Almond Joy (which I think is a strange favorite candy for kids, but who am I to judge). I grabbed him some pudding and mashed potatoes because he needed some soft foods. He ended up LOVING it and his mom was so grateful and thankful that we did something cute and sweet for him. I thought I would share the picture that I got of it after she put it together. It isn't a great picture. I am respecting her privacy and not icluding her face in pictures unless she tells me its okay. She's at that age, where she is iffy abou tthings like that.
