I am definitely a BBQ person.
I can’t wait for the weather to warm up so that we can get the BBQ out.
We usually have a good mixture of burgers, chops, chicken, sausages and steak.
We add to that crusty bread, salad, potato salad, mayo.
Yes, I really am a BBQ girl …..

@Traceyjayne I’m not really a bbq fan. All I can think of are the flies from next door’s dog poo lighting on the food. The flames of course would neutralise the germs, but still. Sorry if that thought spoils things!

We haven't owned a gas grill in several years. I think we're going to buy one this year. Usually steaks or burgers.

especially Filipino BBQ! That sweet, smoky glaze and that slightly charred edge make it next-level good

I think Aussies are known as loving their barbecues too. It's an ideal way to eat when the weather is nice.
