I Have Been Walking.

Though it is hot here on my side of the world, I still try to find time to walk. Actually, I plan to increase my step count.
I'm happy that my step count is increasing and I hope that I can walk everyday and increase the count. I usually go for walk in early morning or evening. If I can't go outside I walk on my walking pad.
How are you all doing?

I have to walk my dog in the morning due to how hot it gets. It’s a good thing I don’t do it at night since tonight we are expecting storms with the likelihood of tornadoes. Hopefully, we won’t get any.
It’s nice to hear you are doing something to better your health.

I am doing OK Thank you..Please don't push yourself too much in the heat, you will wind up exhausted or worse. Make sure you are well hydrated.

You can leave the step counter on while you're working around the house. Those steps also count.
I walk back and forth across our kitchen while I'm cooking.
