Feeling a little beat up.

I planned on posting again last night, but just didn't feel up to it. I tripped over a curb at Costco when we'd arrived. I'm fine, but I'm a little beat up. Left knee, both elbows and a sore nose and lip. Most injuries don't bother me much anymore except the knee, but that's just an annoying sting.
George was able to help me up when I fell, when he saw I was struggling to figure out how to stand up. I am proud of his quick thinking and being able to help me. I know he was glad he was able to think of something to help me, too.
I'm taking the day to recover before George and I go grocery shopping. Hopefully there won't be more mishaps. We bought some cans of green beens and corn.

I'm doing a lot better now. I still feel it on the one elbow and my knee, but they're both healing nicely.

Darn! So cool that George was able to help you. Epsom Salt is good for soreness. You probably know that but just thought I'd throw it in.

hope you're feeling better, falls aren't friendly
when we're not as young as we use to be, I hate it
when I fall or trip that makes me fall, it hurts & it takes
me a few minutes to regain my thinking to get back up again.1 person likes this
