Trying to think of quick and easy meals for a Saturday evening isn’t always easy …
Firstly , our lifestyle means we are here, there and everywhere …..
Secondly, The Mister is one of those people who is hungry …then needs food ….then !
That’s why things have to be quick and easy, he gets ‘starving hungry’ very quickly.
Anyway, this evening I made creamy garlic chicken and cooked rice to go with that.
Delicious.
There is some left for tomorrow too.

there is a butchers shop in town that also cook and make to order pulled pork sandwiches ….sometimes if we are in town we will have one ….they are so delicious ….i can’t tell you ….and always nice and hot too.
I do make it at home sometimes too …..I must do it again.

Not sure what's ours going to be. I normally don't know what's on the table until it's meal time.
