Russian University and College Students joining the Army?

Reliable sources have hinted that the Russian Government is encouraging university and college students to join the army. It is a move that it is seemingly using to strengthen its army and harden its assault on Ukraine. I think that is a very backward way of doing things because most of the young stars are likely to get killed in the war. That places the country at risk of losing a bigger part of their GenZs for no important reason!
