Roast Beef and Yorkshire Puddings for lunch today ….

Yes, it’s Sunday again ….dont they come around fast !
Anyway, that means we went to Moms for a roast dinner,
Today we had roast beef, roast potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower and Yorkshire puddings, and gravy.
I also had English mustard …..
For pudding we had home grown rhubarb …..from Moms neighbour …. And custard …..there is something quite lovely and comforting about custard ….don’t you think !

@Traceyjayne He does most of the cooking but I made these. He was away taking photos so I said I'd do dinner. We had shepherd's pie when he got home and there was enough mince left over to put on a pastry top and have pies the next night.

I like rhubarb with strawberries too. Today's Meals on Wheels lunch will be a chicken stir fry.
