USA is removing sanctions on Russia / myLot

Ukraine's president is unhappy that the United States of America is waiving sanctions against Russia- their enemy . Zelensky believes that America should be increasing the severity of its sanctions on Russia especially at this critical moment when a war is ongoing.

Trump can care less of Zelensky, what he is doing in Iran is causing a turmoil because of the oil price in his country, so now it's fine to make deals with Russia. I wonder why Europe does not do the same.

I think the U.S. and Iran should prioritise global stability because this war is already affecting economies worldwide. But at the same time, the focus is shifting away from Ukraine, and Russia is benefiting from that, which could end up prolonging the conflict there—so it’s a difficult balance between managing global risks and not weakening pressure on Russia.
