I drink water, coffee, and tea. That's pretty much it. Soda is empty calories anyway, and offers no benefits to anyone. Luckily, it's never been something I couldn't do without.

I don't know about prices where you live, but sodas are very expensive here. I enjoy my coffee and sometimes tea, but like you, I carry it with me to save money. Soda is pretty much a liquid form of junk food. It does seem to help sometimes with an upset tummy or if a diabetic has to have some fast sugar to avoid a big crash.

@MarieCoyle its around 1 british pound here. Yea , I think I know some diabetics who take it after fasting or take insulin.

@ogbenishyna44 I’m not. If I had high blood sugar I would, but my blood sugar has always been fine.

I drink tea every day. It’s about the only drink I have (hot in the winter, cold ini the summer), save for water and Gatorade in the summer.
